3 R's Preschool in Brooklyn Park is a licensed childcare center seeking a Full-time Assistant Teacher for our Preschool age classroom !
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma/GED and 2+ years of childcare experience working in a licensed facility .
Required Shift: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
Compensation: $16-$18/hour, based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in all aspects of the classroom.
Establish professional and supportive relationships with parents and employees connected to the operation of the center.
Provide classroom support on a daily basis, covering breaks and call-offs to maintain ratio.
Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running and climbing stairs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role .
