Job Summary

Main Effort Roofing is seeking an experienced Gutter Installation Foreman to lead a 3-man crew installing residential 5" seamless aluminum gutter systems. We are looking for a dependable leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, can manage a crew efficiently, and consistently completes jobs on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead a three-person gutter installation crew
• Install residential 5" seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts
• Install miters, end caps, outlets, elbows, splash blocks, and gutter protection systems
• Load, transport, and maintain materials and equipment
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site
• Communicate with homeowners and our production team
• Complete projects on schedule and report job completion

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years of residential gutter installation experience
• Experience leading or supervising a gutter installation crew
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable truck or vehicle capable of towing a gutter machine trailer
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work comfortably on ladders and roofs
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

• Experience operating seamless gutter machines
• Own basic gutter installation tools
• Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges independently

Pay: $200.00 - $350.00 per day
