Position Overview
Healthlink Home Care is a veteran-focused home care agency serving Atlanta and multiple counties throughout Georgia. We are seeking one Administrative Office Assistant with CNA/PCA experience to support office operations, scheduling, and compliance while also having the option to work additional field shifts.
This role is ideal for a clinically experienced aide who is comfortable in an office environment and interested in long-term professional growth as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls; provide professional support to clients, families, staff, and RNs
- Conduct and document weekly client satisfaction calls
- Assist with staffing and scheduling, including filling open shifts and updating schedules
- Monitor clock-ins in Connecteam and follow up on missed or late punches
- Support onboarding of new employees and basic app/time clock troubleshooting
- Coordinate nurse supervisory visits with RNs and communicate schedules to staff and clients
- Create and maintain accurate staff and client files, including required documentation
- Verify daily completion of Service Delivery Forms and follow up on deficiencies
- Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager and leadership team
- Optionally work additional CNA/PCA shifts in the field as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Local candidates only (Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA or PCA experience required (home care or facility)
- Prior experience with basic office tasks (phones, documentation, data entry)
- Strong customer service and communication skills (phone, email, written)
- Proficient with basic computer use, including:
- Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas, sorting/filtering)
- Smartphone apps for time clock and scheduling (e.g., Connecteam or similar)
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
- Comfortable making outbound calls to staff regarding attendance and scheduling
- Able to handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and agency policy
- Able to pass required background and health screenings
- Must provide valid, verifiable professional reference
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college coursework
- Active CNA or PCA listing in Georgia
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or scheduling
- Experience with veterans or the VA
- Prior experience scheduling caregivers or managing staff calendars
- Familiarity with GA Medicaid, VA Community Care Network, or similar payers
- Experience reviewing charts or documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Interest in future growth into expanded office, scheduling, or leadership roles
