Job Overview

We are hiring Tissue Specialists / Structural Heart Device Assemblers to join a cleanroom manufacturing team in Plymouth, MN. In this role, you will assemble life-saving structural heart devices by performing detailed sewing and assembly work under a microscope.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on, detail-oriented work and are comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble structural heart devices following approved manufacturing procedures.
  • Perform precision sewing using suture and needle under a microscope.
  • Use small hand tools, measuring devices, microscopes, and testing equipment.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and manufacturing standards.
  • Follow cleanroom procedures and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation.
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to perform repetitive, fine-detail work.
  • Comfortable working with microscopes for extended periods.
  • Cleanroom or medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Sewing experience with small materials is preferred but not required.

Work Environment
