Project Manager – Events & Trade Shows
Pay Rate: $21–$22 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Additional Requirements: Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and travel based on project needs
JobSquad is seeking two Project Managers for a company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of custom trade show exhibits and event displays. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who can manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with clients and vendors, and ensure successful project execution from concept through installation.
Manage custom exhibit and event projects from planning to completion
Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules
Prepare proposals and project documentation
Oversee logistics, including transportation, shipping, installation, and dismantling
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations
Experience in project management, events, trade shows, construction, design, or a related industry preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe experience is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Willingness to travel as needed
