As the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients by overseeing the maintenance and repair of all types of fire alarm systems. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
