Childcare Center Closer - Part Time
Do you enjoy supporting both team members and families while helping a childcare program run smoothly? We’re looking for a dependable and confident Childcare Center Closer to join our team!
This role is Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., with primary responsibility for guiding the center through a smooth, organized close each day.
What you’ll bring:
Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence
Experience supporting staff scheduling and daily operations
Solid understanding of Washington State ratio requirements
Confidence in directing staff and ensuring safe, efficient transitions as children depart
Comfort working independently, while also collaborating under the guidance of a part-time Director
