Concierge Care is growing and looking for dependable caregivers to assist clients in private homes throughout Jacksonville and nearby communities. We are currently welcoming Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) interested in daytime assignments. These opportunities are W-2 positions with ongoing PRN availability, reliable communication with our office team, and no requirement for personal liability insurance.

Areas We Are Currently Staffing:

Ponte Vedra / Nocatee / Amelia Island (START RIGHT AWAY!)

Jacksonville – Northside, Southside, Eastside & Westside (START RIGHT AWAY!)

Orange Park, Middleburg, Macclenny (START RIGHT AWAY!)

Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Palatka (START RIGHT AWAY!)

…and surrounding areas in between

What This Role Offers

Weekly Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on the client assignment (W-2)

Minimum Requirements

Active Florida CNA license or Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved training school (prior experience with another agency alone does not qualify)

Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

CPR certification

Social Security card

Health statement issued within the past 6 months confirming you are free of communicable diseases

2-hour Alzheimer’s training

1-hour HIV/AIDS training

2-hour Assistance with Self-Administered Medication
