Medical Biller (Dental Sleep Medicine) – Part-Time (1 Day/Week, Growth Opportunity).

Mesa, AZ (In-Person)

We are a growing dental sleep medicine practice seeking an experienced and reliable Medical Biller to support our billing operations. This is a part-time position (approximately 1 day per week) with the opportunity for additional hours as the practice continues to grow.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Submit and manage medical insurance claims
• Handle prior authorizations
• Follow up on denied or unpaid claims
• Communicate with insurance companies and patients as needed
• Maintain accurate billing and documentation records

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience
• Ideally, have some familiarity with Medicare, AHCCCS, and commercial insurance
• Experience working in a medical office setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-driven and dependable

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with sleep medicine or DME billing

Compensation & Schedule:

• $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
• Approximately 1 day per week (flexible scheduling available)
