Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, appliances, and fixtures to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform residential painting, welding, and other carpentry tasks to maintain property aesthetics and safety standards.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders, schedule maintenance activities, and document repairs.
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently.
- Manage electrical repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Ohmmeters, and schematics for complex systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Lead or support team members in supervising maintenance operations, fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality results.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance within residential or manufacturing settings.
- Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting, including schematics interpretation and use of tools like Ohmmeters.
- Skilled in welding, residential painting, and basic carpentry to perform diverse repair tasks.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for automation troubleshooting.
- Ability to read technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately.
- Experience with CMMS software for work order management and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and residents effectively.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
