Summary:

As a dedicated Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle by identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier technical talent to meet evolving hiring objectives. You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, build strong relationships within technical communities, and collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand complex business requirements.

Key responsibilities include developing diverse talent pipelines, performing full-cycle recruitment, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining real-time updates in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday). This position requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape, creative problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
