Senior Manager Insurance Operations

Leading systems improvements and rollouts within the Insurance Operations team, the full-time Senior Manager Insurance Operations will enhance credentialing and enrollment processes, optimize software systems, and manage third-party relationships in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee and enhance credentialing and enrollment software systems to meet NCQA standards and operational needs Develop reporting and insights from multiple data sources to drive continuous improvement and support decision-making Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while coordinating with internal product teams Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations and systems Proven track record in leading systems setup and optimization at a senior management level Experience managing relationships with product teams, including external third-party vendors Strong operational mindset with a background in building or improving processes and systems Analytical thinker with experience using data and reporting to inform decisions
