You'll spend your day on the phone, helping real people with real problems. Someone calls in confused about a charge, frustrated about an order, or just needs a quick answer. You pick up, figure out what they need, and sort it out.
You'll be great at this if:
- You're the friend people call when they need something handled
- You stay calm when someone's having a bad day
- You can type and talk at the same time
- You'd rather fix a problem than pass it along
No call center experience needed. Some of our best people came from serving, retail, or bartending—they already knew how to read people and stay cool when it got busy. We'll teach you the systems. The rest is just being good with people.
The day-to-day:
- Answer inbound calls—no cold-calling, no sales quotas
- Solve issues when you can, loop in a specialist when you can't
- Keep clear notes so the next person isn't starting over
- Get to know our products so you always sound like you know your stuff
