Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all materials are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation
• Use UPS and FedEx shipping systems to create and track shipments
• Maintain inventory records and support basic inventory control processes
• Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials
• Communicate with carriers and internal teams regarding shipment status
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations required
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software preferred
• Current or recent forklift experience required
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse systems (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Additional Information

Candidates will be asked to complete a brief hands-on assessment during the interview, which includes processing shipments using UPS and FedEx systems.
