To support a growing team, the remote Transportation Customer Service Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and document interactions while adhering to established protocols and guidelines. Key responsibilities Answer customer inquiries with professional courtesy and provide exceptional service based on client instructions Document customer information and verify details, making necessary corrections and updates Utilize statistical data to enhance performance and conduct outbound calls for client-specific surveys Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Must have US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain required government clearance Prior experience with FMCSA is preferred Previous call center or customer service experience is highly desired Ability to provide a non-cellular high-speed internet connection for a home office
