Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage cash and credit card payments using the register or POS system with high accuracy.
• Proactively greet and assist clients, ensuring their needs are met for a positive service experience.
• Craft and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks in strict accordance with brand guidelines.
• Prepare and present food items that consistently meet the facility's quality expectations.
• Balance the cash drawer, maintain accurate transaction records, and manage daily deposits.
• Comply with all Aramark protocols and regulations regarding secure cash handling.
• Handle the setup and breakdown of the coffee bar and service zones to maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Ensure the workspace remains hygienic by regularly cleaning and sanitizing all equipment.
• Monitor inventory and restock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, tableware, and condiments.
• Follow all food and beverage preparation safety standards to ensure high levels of sanitation and guest safety.
• Execute additional tasks and diverse responsibilities as directed by the management team.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in customer service roles is desired.
• Having previous exposure to cash handling is advantageous.
• Prior experience as a barista is preferred but not a prerequisite.
• Competency in simple mathematical calculations and counting is mandatory.
• Adeptness at working independently with little to no supervision.
• Proficient English reading, communication skills, and ability to follow recipes are vital.
• It is imperative to secure the Food Handling Certification to meet the necessary standards.
• Compliance with the prescribed dress regulations is expected.
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing.
• It may be essential to utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
