Who We Are
Crab & Catfish Co. is a high-volume seafood restaurant and social bar known for bold-flavored seafood boils, fried food, house-made items, and a full bar program including daiquiris and cocktails.
Dinner and late night are our busiest times. We serve food and drinks until 1:30 AM and operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
We are looking for dependable, confident servers to support dinner and closing shifts.
If you prefer slow sections or early shifts, this likely isn't the right fit. If you thrive in volume, music, movement, and strong late-night energy — you'll do well here.
What We're Looking For

- Cocktail, daiquiri, or nightlife experience preferred
Must be 21+ and hold (or be able to obtain) a valid Oklahoma ABLE employee license before your first shift behind the bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide fast, accurate service during dinner and late-night rushes
- Explain and sell seafood boils, fried food, and house-made menu items
- Serve daiquiris, cocktails, and bottled beer accurately
- Check IDs consistently and manage responsible alcohol service, including declining service when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized section
- Communicate clearly with BOH and bar team
- Close thoroughly and support team through end-of-night breakdown

- Typical shifts start in the evening and run through close, including end-of-night breakdown
- Weekends and holidays required as business demands
