As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you’ll have ownership and autonomy in partnering closely with company leaders and building world class teams. Partner with company leaders and Co‑Founders to help scale our GTM teams
Operate with a one team mindset in meeting bold team wide hiring goals
Have 4+ years of experience in a full‑cycle recruiting role
An effective communicator and adept at building strong partnerships with stakeholders and candidates alike
Bring deep knowledge of the AI talent landscape and a network of top‑tier candidates
Use data proactively to unblock hiring challenges and inform decision‑making
180k - $240k + equity
