About Us

The human brain is the most complex object in the universe, yet society has accepted one-size-fits all approaches to cognition. The "solutions" (think coffee, energy drinks, and even a friend's rx) were mediocre at best and frankly, made no sense to us. So, we created Thesis, the world's first customized nootropics company. If you've never heard that word before, it's just a fancy way of saying brain supplements. In five years, most will be taking nootropics on the daily and chances are, they'll be ours.

With an exceptional efficacy rate, the world has taken notice — we've raised over $13M in venture capital, garnered interest from leading neuroscientists and athletes, and established ourselves as the industry's leading brand. Now, we're looking for incredible people to help us share the gift of enhanced cognitive function with the world. If you're looking to be a part of a movement — one that involves both immense self-growth and an ambitious mission to pioneer an industry — we'd love to have you on the team.

About The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Community Manager who doesn't just post content but lives in the communities we serve. This role sits at the intersection of social media execution and genuine community building across all Thesis brands and SKUs. You'll own the day-to-day of our social channels while shaping what "community" means at Thesis from the ground up. We’re looking for someone with true lived online experience: the kind of person who understands ADHD and internet culture because they actively participate in it.

This isn't a set-it-and-forget-it social media role. We need someone who's in the comments, in the threads, in the conversations that matter. Someone who can feel the pulse of the ADHD community because they're already part of it.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Social Media Operations

Manage day-to-day content uploading, scheduling, and coordination across all social platforms for Thesis and Stasis

Ideate high-conviction social concepts aligned with the content calendar, translating cultural insights, community conversations, research, and platform behavior into content that feels timely, credible, and genuinely useful

Write strong, social-native copy across captions, hooks, carousels, and short-form video concepts with a sharp understanding of tone, pacing, and audience psychology

Triple-click into relevant subject matter, trends, and community conversations to develop nuanced, insight-led content that goes beyond surface-level takes or filler posts

Work closely with the design team to brief, develop, and refine social-first creative assets

Identify opportunities to participate in relevant cultural moments, platform trends, and relatable conversations in a way that feels timely, credible, and brand-appropriate

Track performance metrics and report on what's resonating (and what's not)

Community Building Engagement

Define and develop what community means at Thesis across all brands and products

Own proactive community management, engage authentically in Reddit threads, social comments, and DMs where our community gathers

Reply to users, answer questions, and be a real human voice for the brand

Repost, reshare, and amplify content that's relevant to our space and community

Build relationships with community members, advocates, and creators in the ADHD space

Social Listening Insight Harvesting

Monitor conversations across platforms to understand what the community is saying, feeling, and asking for

Harvest ideas from community interactions and surface them to the marketing and product development teams

Serve as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, bringing the voice of the customer into real-time decision-making

Identify emerging trends, common pain points, and opportunities within the ADHD community

Community Events Gatherings

Help plan and run community events, both virtual and in-person

Represent Thesis at relevant gatherings, meetups, and community spaces

Build event programming that strengthens the connection between our brand and the people we serve

We're Excited About Your:

You have hands-on experience managing social media and community for a brand, ideally in health, wellness, or DTC

You understand community management as more than customer service, you knowhow to build belonging

You're comfortable toggling between multiple different platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, Youtube, Discord, X

You're organized enough to manage content calendars and workflows, and scrappy enough to pivot when something's happening in real time

You have strong instincts for what content to amplify, what conversations to weigh in on , and when to just listen

Proven ability to navigate sensitive, nuanced conversations with empathy, discretion, and strong judgment

You think in insights, not just impressions, and translate community sentiment into actionable takeaways for product and marketing teams
