Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health Nurse

Pay: $36.67 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm (weekend rotation every 6 weeks)

Location: Dallas, TX

Requirements:

• Active LPN license
• Home Health experience required
• HCHB experience preferred
• BLS certification
• Associate's Degree

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled home health nursing care
• Perform wound care, wound VAC management, PICC line care, and PleurX drain management
• Complete accurate documentation in HCHB
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient outcomes
