Role and Responsibilities of Assembly Line Worker:

In the role of a Assembly Line Worker, you will be expected to operate manufacturing equipment in a safe manner, adhere to documented procedures, and conduct quality checks using both visual assessments and measurements to ensure that daily production targets are met. Additionally, you will assist in packaging and labeling activities, maintain a tidy work environment, and accurately document production data, promptly reporting any equipment issues as they arise.

  • Carry out operational tasks with machinery and equipment in a secure and productive manner
  • Stick to the prescribed methods and directives for carrying out production tasks
  • Verify quality through assessing both visual appearances and measured specifications
  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace are consistently upheld
  • Provide support in packaging, tagging, and organizing goods for transportation
  • Ensure the precise recording of production statistics and notify of any equipment malfunctions
  • Comply with all safety standards and adhere to the policies established by the organization

Required Skills and Experience of Assembly Line Worker:

  • Capable of manual lifting weighing up to 40 lbs; comfortable working in non-temperature-regulated environments
  • Conforming to safety protocols and ensuring the regular use of PPE
  • Focusing on particulars, trustworthiness, and working together

Preferred Qualifications for Assembly Line Worker:

  • A minimum requirement of two years in a production or machine operation role is expected, but entry-level candidates are still welcome to apply for this position
  • Knowledge of essential labeling, packaging, and quality control procedures
