He/she helps to evaluate andanalyze company needs, to seek out opportunities and to develop creativeapproaches to staffing construction projects across the United States.

Build& maintain network of contacts to help identify & source qualifiedcandidates.
Developand maintain recruiting agreements with outside recruiting firms.
Strategizewith hiring managers to establish recruiting objectives and developcorresponding recruiting strategy
Maintaincomplete recruiting/prospect log for tracking potential candidates.
Continuouslyevaluate effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Researchand recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Participatein R&M learning and development opportunities.
Maintaintechnological and recruitment process knowledge in order to provide themost innovative recruitment efforts for the company.
Performother special projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: (Reasonableaccommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to performthe essential functions of the job)
Bachelor’sdegree and 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in constructionrecruiting.
Abilityto work independently with minimal supervision, and to identify andresolve problems timely.
