Maintenance Technician - Property

Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician - Property to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician - Property, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting residential community operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Property

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $26 per hour

Shift: 830am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Support the upkeep and improvement of residential community facilities
• Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and groundskeeping tasks
• Handle unit turnovers by performing clean-outs and light rehab work
• Complete work orders efficiently and independently
• Follow safety protocols and conduct inventory checks regularly

What's Needed?

• 2-3 years of general labor experience in landscaping or property maintenance
• Knowledge of operating a zero-turn lawn mower
• 1-2 years of basic residential plumbing experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Basic technology skills and a valid driver’s license with own transportation
