Associate Account Manager (Sales Development Program)
Location: Park Ridge, IL (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote)
Compensation: $55,000 Base Salary + Benefits + Commission Opportunities
Promotion Opportunity: Increase to $58,000 Base Salary after successful completion of training (approximately 90 days)

- This is not a typical entry-level role. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and coaching from experienced sales leaders while learning how to build relationships with business executives, generate new opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities
- Utilize industry-leading tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other sales technologies
- Schedule and participate in client meetings
- Conduct networking, lunch, and breakfast meetings with business professionals
- Learn the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing business
- Partner with Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, and Client Partners
- Develop relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Build the foundation to eventually manage your own territory and client portfolio
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or early-career professional (0-3 years of experience)
- Bachelor's degree preferred but all majors are welcome
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in a hybrid environment
