Registered Nurse – Fresno, CA
A healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its team. This role is responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting treatment plans in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities• Provide direct patient care and nursing services
- Assess and monitor patient conditions
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and treatment
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Follow established policies, procedures, and professional standards
Qualifications• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent nursing education required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous clinical experience preferred but not required
