Full Time shifts available: Day (6a-2p), Evening (2p-10p), Night (10p-6a)
Position Responsibilities (Include, but not limited to)
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
- Observe and report changes in residents'' physical, emotional, or mental condition to licensed nursing staff
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance
- Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility equipment while following safety procedures
- Support residents in maintaining independence and participating in social and recreational activities
- Measure and record vital signs, weights, food and fluid intake, and other resident information as directed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Assist with meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers through professional and respectful communication
- Participate in training, staff meetings, and continuing education activities as required
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Kansas
- Current CPR and First Aid certification

Starting pay: $17.50 per hour (Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience)
