Program Director of School Based Services

Necco has an opportunity for a career as a Program Director of School Based Services. This is an exciting position where no one day is the same! The Program Director will oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of our school-based behavioral and mental health team, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes while maintaining a financially healthy program. This program offers solution-focused, strength-based services to youth from Pre-K through 12th grade within their schools. The role involves collaboration with school personnel to address social and emotional goals, as well as providing in-home services to the family unit. During school breaks, the Program Director ensures that children and their families continue to receive the necessary services to achieve their goals.
