Laboratory Assistant – Clinical Lab

Location: Atlanta, GA

Contract: 13 Weeks

Shift: Varies | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Every other weekend required)

Pay: $26/hr

Requirements:

• No local candidates (must live 50+ miles away)
• Experience as a Laboratory Assistant or in specimen processing preferred

Responsibilities:

• Collect and process patient specimens
• Handle lab test orders, cancellations, and charges
• Prepare and distribute specimens for testing
• Support daily clinical laboratory operations

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Acute care: 1 year (Required)
• Phlebotomy: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Required)

• Overnight Shift (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Atlanta, GA 30342: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
