Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Manage phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
  • Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support office management activities, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Utilize computer literacy skills to manage various software applications for office tasks.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
  • Provide personal assistant support as needed for executive staff.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office environment is required, showcasing skills in customer support and office management.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
  • Experience with Quickbooks and book keeping activites.
  • Experience with data entry and administrative tasks is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
