Responsibilities
- Manage phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support office management activities, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to manage various software applications for office tasks.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Provide personal assistant support as needed for executive staff.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is required, showcasing skills in customer support and office management.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
- Experience with Quickbooks and book keeping activites.
- Experience with data entry and administrative tasks is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
