About the job:

The Sourcer supports the recruiting team by identifying, engaging, and screening qualified candidates to build strong talent pipelines. This role focuses on creative sourcing strategies, candidate coordination, and stakeholder collaboration.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience researching and identifying candidates using creative and non-traditional sourcing methods
• Brings a background in customer service, sales, project management, recruiting, HR, or a related field
• Manages time effectively while balancing multiple recruiting priorities
• Is comfortable conducting initial candidate screenings and coordinating next steps with recruiters
• Enjoys learning new topics, trying new approaches, and engaging with a wide range of professionals
• Communicates clearly and works well with internal stakeholders
• Is proficient with Microsoft Office and online tools such as Google Apps

What you'll do: • Research, identify, and proactively reach out to high-quality candidates

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate more in-depth interviews with recruiters
• Schedule recruiter screenings, send calendar invites, and share candidate resumes
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies and provide regular pipeline updates
• Use recruiting tools to target, track, and manage candidate pipelines
• Explore and implement new sourcing channels, including university connections, online portals, and networking events
• Maintain an up-to-date list of available candidates for roles currently being recruited
• Support recruiting operations by keeping candidate information organized and current
