What You’ll Do

• Champion multi-faceted operational portfolios and interconnected workstreams dedicated to mitigating internal risks across consumer banking networks, financial intelligence units, and data analytics ecosystems.
• Drive the execution of enterprise-level initiatives spanning multiple business units, commanding budgets exceeding $5M and guiding cross-functional teams of up to 50 professionals over multi-year lifecycles.
• Architect end-to-end operational blueprints, formulating detailed resource allocations, fiscal budgets, risk-abatement methodologies, and stakeholder communication frameworks through advanced collaborative discovery.
• Synthesize program metrics into actionable intelligence, facilitating daily operational syncs and delivering precise performance updates, variance analyses, and strategic course corrections to executive leadership and risk compliance partners.
• Partner with Agile release leaders to track velocity metrics, analyze financial and scheduling trajectories, and deploy authorized risk neutralization tactics.
• Optimize talent allocation across concurrent project streams, enabling seamless cross-functional resource sharing to maximize programmatic efficiency and collective output.
• Cultivate high-velocity, collaborative team environments, directly mentoring and developing leadership cohorts and project contributors numbering up to 100 individuals.
• Maximize project alignment through rigorous change-control governance, ensuring all scope modifications are accurately documented, client approval is secured, and final deliverables hit precise target benchmarks.

What You Bring

• 8+ Years of Elite Leadership: Documented success steering massive, highly intricate technology initiatives within the banking sector or equivalent heavily regulated landscapes.
• Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Compliance Expertise: Deep domain knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols, regulatory frameworks, risk management, and financial crimes mitigation.
• Agile Proficiency: Masterful command of project delivery methodologies, including Agile frameworks, velocity tracking (burn charts), and enterprise-level status reporting.
• Strategic Influence: Exceptional interpersonal acumen with a proven ability to unite diverse business lines, negotiate complex agreements, and confidently brief C-suite executives.
• Adaptive Governance: Demonstrated capability to manage fluctuating project boundaries, financial parameters, and strict timelines across interconnected, multi-system environments.

Compensation

• Core Compensation: Highly competitive hourly contract rate of $60 to $65+/hr (W2), aligned with premium industry standards for senior-level leadership.
