We Are Hiring: Landscape Team Leads

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Landscape Team Lead to join our team for landscape maintenance and clean-up projects. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a crew and ensuring efficient, high-quality work. If you have experience driving a truck with a trailer and a passion for leading a team in the landscape industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Drive a truck with a trailer to transport your team, equipment and materials to and from job sites.
• Lead a crew of landscape maintenance and clean-up workers.
• Perform regular landscape maintenance, including trimming, weeding, mowing and irrigation.
• Care for trees and shrubs through pruning and fertilization.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering of landscapes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Provide direction, guidance, and motivation to team members.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure job satisfaction and completion.

Qualifications:

• VALID Driver’s License.
• Experience driving a truck with a trailer.
• Experience in landscape maintenance and clean-ups.
• Experience in irrigation systems and sprinklers.
• Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
