Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Electrical Service Technician to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base by promoting our electrical and generator service solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company dedicated to delivering top-tier power solutions, while enjoying a vibrant, supportive work environment that values your proactive approach and customer-centric mindset. We provide a company vehicle, gas card, equipment for services, iPhone and an iPad for ServiceTitan access. And our techs earn 20% commission on every sale!

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the electrical and generator service markets.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their power needs, offering tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Provide detailed product and service information, demonstrating the value of our electrical and generator offerings to prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate quoting, timely delivery, and successful project execution.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts, trade shows, or referrals to convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system and ServiceTitan.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales within the electrical or generator service industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, generator operation, and related technical specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals.
  • Prior experience using CRM software or other sales tracking tools is advantageous.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
