We are currently accepting resumes for a full-time housekeeper for one of our apartment communities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company with a broad future and a promote‑from‑within culture.
Responsibilities and Duties
Share in making our community a beautiful place for residents to live.
Clean apartments, patios/decks, and common area spaces.
Serve a nice community that residents are happy to call home, ensuring quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail are followed.

Qualifications
Know proper cleaning procedures, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, windows, patios, decks, common areas, pressure washing, and special projects as required.
Have experience working in a team environment, ideally in a hospitality setting.
Experience in housekeeping is best; we are looking for a self‑starter.
Have the ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
