Southwestern Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility in Pittsburgh, PA, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the following shifts:
- Full Time, Part-Time & PRN: 7a - 3pm, 3p–11p and 11p–7a

What You’ll Do
- Provide daily care and support for residents as their primary caregiver
- Assist with activities of daily living and monitor vitals, weight, and input/output
- Communicate changes in condition to the nursing team
- Complete accurate documentation of care provided
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification required
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful toward residents
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Commitment to person-centered care
