City Wide Facility Solutions – Oakland is seeking a motivated, high-integrity B2B Outside Sales Representative to support the growth of our commercial client base. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a long-term career in B2B outside sales with structured training, coaching, and uncapped earning potential.

You will work closely with experienced Sales Executives and leadership to develop prospecting, discovery, and closing skills while actively contributing to new business growth.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you will focus on new business development within an assigned territory and support the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

Key responsibilities include:

Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B prospects

Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and in-field activity

Schedule and lead discovery meetings and presentations with decision-makers

Build rapport, uncover client needs, present tailored facility solutions, and overcome objections

Close new business and transition accounts to operations and account management

Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records (Top 100 and Hot 25 lists)

Meet or exceed sales activity, pipeline, and revenue goals

Collaborate with account managers and operations to ensure smooth client onboarding

You build and maintain a healthy, growing sales pipeline

You close short-cycle B2B opportunities

You are coachable, prepared, and improving every month

Your CRM data is complete and accurate—if it’s not in CRM, it didn’t happen
