YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to inbound customer contacts within established service level expectations

Assist customers with reservations, vehicle selection, rental modifications, billing inquiries, and general service-related requests to ensure a seamless rental experience

Resolve customer concerns by utilizing active listening, sound judgment, and effective de-escalation techniques while providing timely and accurate solutions

Partner with internal teams across North America and global departments to resolve customer requests efficiently and effectively

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions while utilizing CRM systems and internal tools to ensure consistent service

Consistently achieve performance, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals while representing the SIXT brand with professionalism

ABOUT YOU

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred

Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience with a strong focus on customer support, conflict resolution, and problem-solving

Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, CRM platforms, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a high-volume environment

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-first mindset

Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively

Professionalism: Adaptable, success-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional service while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour

Monthly Performance Bonus: Earn up to $500 per month

Schedule: Full-time position, must be available to work weekends

Work Arrangement: Completely Onsite at our Tulsa, OK Regional Office
