Ricoh Americas Corporation is looking for a dedicated Senior Receptionist to create a welcoming environment for guests while managing switchboard operations. This role requires 8+ years of experience in a busy switchboard setting and strong communication skills.

You will handle visitor check-ins, manage calls, and provide administrative support to staff. Flexible hours are needed to cover a shift between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and preferred candidates will demonstrate excellent organizational skills and judgment.
