Job Overview

Join our team as a Dishwasher/Busser and be a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! You will support the kitchen and front-of-house staff by maintaining cleanliness, keep up on continuous flow of dishes, and occasionally assisting with food service among other tasks as needed. This job starts at minimum wage and is included in the tip pool.

Duties

• Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards.
• Clear tables promptly after guests finish dining.
• Occasionally assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients or plating dishes under supervision.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations through regular sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations during busy hours.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering settings.
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks and assist with kitchen duties as needed.
• Experience in bussing tables efficiently in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with staff members.
