Marietta law firm has an immediate opening for a full-time office receptionist/administrative support. The ideal professional candidate must be detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and able to work well in a team environment, coupled with the ability to multitask between answering/screening phone calls, greeting clients, and administrative support to other staff in the office, as needed. The candidate must possess 1-2 years of receptionist experience, Outlook and Word, legal support involving discovery matters and filing of pleadings is a plus.

Additional duties include but not limited to setting up new client files, scanning discovery to digital files, organizing and preparing binders and files for court proceedings, filing documents with the courts, maintaining calendar & scheduling of meetings/conference rooms, maintaining legal subscriptions and memberships, receive & sort incoming mail accordingly, meter outgoing mail, prepare outgoing express parcels UPS/USPS/FEDEX, maintain business subscriptions & related dues, facilitate installations/updates/troubleshooting for IT equipment & office communications system, scheduling repairs of office equipment and building maintenance for two law offices, maintaining of office supplies/equipment including break room supplies, conduct in house scanner deposits, process all credit card payments, and assistance with accounts payable.
