Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovation Construction Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction techniques and be capable of transforming spaces through renovation projects. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively in a team environment while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.
Duties
- Execute renovation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship in all tasks.
- Perform carpentry, including the installation of moldings, framing, flooring, painting, tile, windows, doors and cabinetry.
- Perform Masonry
- Build structures as needed, utilizing various construction materials and techniques.
- Lay tiles with precision, ensuring proper alignment and finish.
- Conduct construction painting tasks, including surface preparation and application of finishes.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or renovation roles is required
- Familiarity with carpentry techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with masonry techniques is essential
- Experience operating heavy equipment safely on construction sites is preferred not required.
- Knowledge of tile laying, framing, trims, doors, windows, flooring, painting, masonry and cabinetry processes is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.

Must have transportation to arrive to jobsites in the Lehigh Valley Area
Must have experience in the renovation and conversion field of construction
Must have Work Authorization
Must have Basic Hand Tools such as Drill, Knife, Hammer, Tape Measure, Tool Belt and Chalk Line
