Telesales Consultant

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Telesales Consultant for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients

Present products and services persuasively over the telephone

Qualify leads and book appointments for senior sales representatives

Update CRM accurately with all call outcomes and pipeline activity

Consistently achieve and exceed daily and monthly call targets

Follow up on warm leads and manage a personal prospect database

Requirements

1+ year of telesales or outbound call centre experience

Confident, clear and articulate telephone manner with strong English skills

Resilient, target-driven personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working environment
