Forklift Operator Temp-to-Hire

Huntersville Pay: $18.00/hr Start Date: ASAP Shift: Monday Friday | First Shift

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. This role requires operating high reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth.

Operate forklifts (stand-up and high reach) to transport materials within the warehouse.

Load and unload products at storage areas, machines, and loading docks.

Inspect forklifts and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.

Track inventory and complete documentation using handheld scanners.

Assist with picking, packing, and organizing materials.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Valid forklift certification with experience operating high reach forklifts.

Safe working environment with structured orientation.
