About the Role
RPM is seeking a dependable, experienced Residential Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, weekday position for someone who has hands-on experience with home repairs, apartment maintenance, or rental property maintenance and takes pride in doing quality work. We serve property managers throughout the Treasure Valley and focus on professional, reliable service in occupied and vacant residential properties.

Qualifications & Requirements
Required: Minimum 1 year of hands-on residential maintenance experience, such as home repair, apartment maintenance, rental property maintenance, or similar residential repair work Comfortable completing common repairs including light plumbing, minor electrical, drywall patching, painting, door/lock repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and general handyman repairs Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, use ladders, and access crawlspaces Comfortable using hand and power tools Professional appearance and demeanor Strong time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to commute to Boise, ID 83704
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
