To support a growing remote team, the full-time NMLS Licensed Senior Loan Officer will originate and process real estate mortgage loans, source leads, and build relationships with real estate agents while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.Key responsibilities:

Source mortgage leads and build relationships with real estate agents and other referral sourcesAnalyze applicants' financial status and property evaluations to determine loan feasibilityGenerate complete loan applications and improve documentation by informing applicants of additional requirementsRequired qualifications:

NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E.

Act of 2008Experience with retail product philosophy, policy, underwriting, and documentationProven ability to proactively solicit new businessPreferred experience with Encompass softwareStrong knowledge of all mortgage products and programs
