Domus Management Company is looking for a full-time Admin Assistant to join our team at an established Affordable Housing Apartment Community - Northland Village Apartments located at 3730 Modell Way, Sacramento, CA 95838.
This position is the first point of contact for residents, applicants and vendors during office hours. Excellent Customer Service at all times is expected. This is a busy office setting that makes the day go by quick!
Schedule / Compensation:
- Full Time = Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
- Busy Office Setting = Property Management / Apartment Community
- $20.00 per hour

- Excellent Customer Service
- Answering Phones and Responding to Emails
- Assisting Residents, Applicants, Vendors and Co-Workers

Experience:
- Basic Office Skills a MUST!
- Excellent Customer Service a MUST!
- Property Management a MUST!
- Leasing Agent experience a plus!
- Affordable Housing Compliance experience a plus!
Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
- Open & Close the Rental Office on-time, every day
- Answer all incoming calls and address caller needs
- Greet all walk-in residents, applicants, vendors, etc with professional customer service
- Complete all office filing, scanning and faxing as needed
- Copy and Distribute documents as requested
- Post Notices to Resident doors as requested
- Keep front office clean and professional looking at all times
- Collect Rental payments and issue receipts as needed
- Contact and Schedule appointments with prospective applicants
- Contact and Schedule appointments with current residents for income certifications
- Assist with collecting Resident documents to complete income certifications
- Check rent drop box and USPS mail daily
- Enter Work Orders and Communicate with Maintenance
- Ensure copies of rental application is always available
- Distribute applications by request and explain the property program
- Accept completed applications and add them to the Waiting List
- Responsible for maintaining, updating and purging the Waiting List
- Conduct all business with Excellent Customer Service, following Company Policy and Procedures, Confidentiality and Fair Housing guidelines at all times
