We are seeking a Recruiter for a 3-month contract to permanent position, driven by our company’s growth.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible start date, as we prioritize finding the right fit. The salary range is $55,000 to $65,000 for those with a sales or real estate background, and $70,000 to $80,000 for candidates with recruiting experience. Additionally, there are bonus opportunities of $1,000 for each successful placement and another $1,000 for meeting sales goals, which would apply upon permanent hire.

The interview process consists of three stages; two virtual, with the last onsite.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving yearly metrics of 10 recruits, understanding that stick rates typically range from 10% to 20%. Daily tasks will include scouting and sourcing talent through platforms like Indeed and job fairs, conducting interviews, and preparing offer and termination letters.
