Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Position: Housekeeper - Full Time

Housekeeper – Ivy Park at Pleasanton

Location:

Pleasanton, California. Shift: AM.

Pay Range: $17.76 – $18.76 per hour.

Ivy Park is a senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group.

Responsibilities:

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Compliance with Oakmont Management Group COVID‑19 protocols may be required, including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of personal protective equipment.
