Front Desk Attendant

Job Description:

At Starbucks, the Front Desk Attendant plays an important role in ensuring smooth store operations and delivering excellent customer service. This position involves preparing beverages, assisting customers, and maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment in a fast-paced coffee shop setting. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through efficient service, product quality, and friendly interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, espresso, and cold beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Accurately take and process customer orders while handling cash and card transactions at the register.
• Provide friendly, prompt, and personalized customer service.
• Prepare food items while following food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and customer areas.
• Restock cups, ingredients, and supplies throughout shifts as needed.
• Support drive-thru operations where applicable.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
