Production Associate (LOU NH)

Great new star up is seeking to add 6-10 productoin associates. Currently 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 7:00a-330p. Pay range $18-19 per hour.

This is located in the Jefferson Riverport International industrial park in southwest Louisville, Kentucky (Zip Code: 40258).

Seeking General Production Associates who are willing to learn a new process and work as a team in this print on demand fulfillment operatoin. Our client has strong technology which is leading in their industry.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials, products, or components manually or using basic equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Production Support: Assist operators on the production line by feeding raw materials into machinery and removing finished goods.
• Packing & Sorting: Accurately sort, count, wrap, and pack finished products into boxes or crates according to order specifications.
• Quality Inspection: Perform basic visual checks on products to identify defects, damages, or inconsistencies before packaging.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace by sweeping floors, disposing of debris, and organizing pallets.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA regulations, company safety guidelines, and proper lifting techniques (e.g., safely lifting up to 50 lbs).

Previous Experience & Qualifications (Entry-Level)

Since this is an entry-level position, formal warehouse experience isn't always required, but highlighting these transferable backgrounds or traits is highly valuable:

• Physical Stamina: Proven ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods (8–10 hour shifts).
• Transferable Work History: Previous experience in fast-paced environments like retail, food service, construction, or landscaping demonstrates a strong work ethic.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working effectively as part of a team to meet daily goals or production targets.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately, ensuring order accuracy and safety.
• Reliability: A tracking record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and a dependable attitude.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
